1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Order hasn't been delivred 
• Wrong product has been delivred
• You decided to return your order within 30 days after purchase

Please note if you decide to return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping, packaging costs + custom fees.

Important: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Targa Toys disclaims all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur thereafter. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location and to take any additional measures needed to secure the package.

Targa Toys will not issue refunds or replacements for items reported as stolen or missing after delivery confirmation. For added security, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package or selecting secure delivery options if available.

2. Conditions

• Refunds are only applicable within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be intact, not open and with no missing parts models.

Please note our team will inspect your returned order and if everything is conform to your initial purchase, we will proceed to a refund.

• Provide proof of purchase or order number for verification.

3. Refund Processing

• Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
• It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and details, and we will provide a full refund or send a replacement.
